We are seeking an outstanding Digital Marketing Manager to ensure the effectiveness and optimization of the company‘s digital marketing strategy in the fashion industry. In a challenging and continuously innovative environment, this position will require a combination of leadership skills, strategic thinking, and in-depth knowledge of the fashion market.
Responsible for managing and developing the Digital Marketing team, consisting of 20 personnel.
Organize training sessions and guidance to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and the overall company strategy.
Monitor market trends and propose strategy adjustments if necessary.
Advertising Campaign Management:
Organize and manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Ensure the effectiveness of campaigns through monitoring and data analysis.
Coordinate with the content team to create engaging and high-quality content across digital channels.
Optimizing Foot Traffic to Stores:
Develop a strategy to enhance foot traffic to stores through a flexible combination of digital and offline marketing.
Continuously monitor performance and implement optimization measures.
Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct data analysis to evaluate the performance of strategies and campaigns.
Regularly report key metrics to the leadership team.

- In-depth understanding of the fashion market and consumer trends.
