What You’ll Do

Risk Management Department  to foster a RM culture to ensure stability and sustainability in the operations. The department’s responsibilities include identifying hazards, developing plans to mitigate those risks, putting those strategies into action, and inspiring the cooperation of all company members.
The head of Legal is responsible for overseeing and managing the legal aspects of Yody to ensure the organization‘s activities comply with the Law and Regulations. Additionally, your role encompasses mitigating risks and proactively addressing potential challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Legal Advisory: Provide accurate and comprehensive legal advice to the leadership and other departments within the business to support strategic decision-making and daily operations.
    Legal Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage legal risks that the organization may face while proposing legal measures to minimize risks and optimize compliance.
  • Contract Drafting and Evaluation: Engage in drafting, evaluating, and negotiating contracts and agreements with relevant parties, ensuring that legal agreements protect the rights and interests of the organization
  • Legal Representation: Represent the organization in legal proceedings and disputes, or interact with external lawyers when necessary to protect the organization‘s rights and interests.
  • Negotiation and Dispute Resolution: Participate in negotiating and resolving legal disputes or mediating with relevant parties to maintain positive and peaceful relationships between the business and its counterparts.
  • Law Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement: Monitor changes in laws and regulations, ensuring that the organization complies with the latest regulations and adjusts its strategies and activities accordingly.
  • Legal Staff Management: Manage and support staff within the legal department, ensuring they are trained and developed to efficiently fulfill their tasks.

Requirement

  • In-depth legal expertise, with an understanding of legal principles and practices, alongside specific knowledge in the realm of contract law, employment law, intellectual property, and litigation...
  • Possesses deep knowledge and extensive experience in legal areas related to business operations and corporate management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including an ability to communicate assertively and clearly to those with a strong understanding of the law, and those with novice knowledge.Strong leadership skills and effective personnel management.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating your ability to assess and understand complex legal issues, and provide strategic advice.
  • A leader in ethics, integrity diversity, and inclusion campaigns. Excellent business acumen regarding understanding business operations and objectives, permitting your provision of legal advice aligning with business strategy.

Working time and workplace:

  • Work from Monday to Saturday/week
  • You can work at one of the following two locations:
    + No. 90 Nguyen Tuan Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi Capital, Vietnam
    + Head office: An Dinh Street, Viet Hoa Ward, Hai Duong City
