Responsibilities

- Design and build engaging cross-platform user interfaces (UI) using Flutter, ensuring consistent and seamless experiences across devices.
- Create smooth and performant mobile/desktop applications that delight users on different platforms (Android, iOS, Windows, MacOS, potentially others).
- Work closely with backend engineers and designers to integrate APIs and translate design visions into functional Flutter components.
- Adhere to Flutter best practices, write clear documentation, and actively participate in code reviews.
- Explore new Flutter features, design patterns, and architectural techniques to continuously enhance the mobile app experiences.

- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday through Saturday), with Sundays off.

Qualifications

* Junior
- Bachelor‘s degree in Software Development or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in mobile development with Flutter.
- Strong foundation in Dart programming and object-oriented principles.
- Experience building responsive and maintainable Flutter UIs.
- Understanding of state management patterns (Provider, BLoC, or others).
- Experience with REST APIs or GraphQL.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Senior
- Bachelor‘s degree in Software Development or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in mobile development, with a significant focus on Flutter.
- Expertise in Flutter widgets, layout, and stateful/stateless widget usage.
- Deep understanding of state management architectures and complex data flows.
- Experience integrating with native platform features or external SDKs.
- Ability to mentor junior Flutter developers and guide best practices.

Work location

You can work at one of the following two locations:
- In Hanoi: HH1 Building, 90 Nguyen Tuan Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City
- In Hai Duong: An Dinh Street, Viet Hoa Ward, Hai Duong City
- In Ho Chi Minh City: 495 Nguyen Thi Thap Street, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
