- Receive requests, research, test, and develop fabrics. Monitor, collect data, assess, and provide results.
- Research and have deep knowledge about characteristics, technical standards, advantages and disadvantages of fabrics
- Research for and develop new ideas to diversify products, designs, quality and propriate with market price
- Optimal control of R&D costs
- Arrange for the sensory evaluation, gather information, and provide findings.
- Ready to go business trip with the Sale department to resolve any difficulties that may arise with customers.
- Keep track of and update information on government regulations related to the products of the Company in order to guarantee adherence to current laws.
- Search for new suppliers according to direction of company and new products

- Have work experience at yarn and fabric manufacturing companies/textile and apparel trading companies
- Good at English or Chinese (especially in Speaking skill)
- Ability to plan and organize tasks
- Able to travel for work
- Have good communication skill
- Be proactive in work, honest, progressive, integrity.
