In this role, you will become a champion for our products, translating complex features into clear and compelling messages that resonate with our target audience.
Job Description
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends and identify customer needs.
- Develop and manage product messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, design) to create effective marketing campaigns
- Create and manage product launch plans, ensuring successful product introductions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product marketing

Location
- Time: Monday - Saturday weekly. From 8:00 - 17:00. Lunch break 1 hour: 12:00 - 13:00.
- Office YODY Ha Noi: HH1 Building, No. 90 Nguyen Tuan Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi (Click Maps)
- Headquarters in Hai Duong: An Dinh Street, Viet Hoa, Hai Duong ( Click Maps) (1-2 days/week)
(Free accommodation in Hai Duong City / Shuttle bus between Hanoi - Hai Duong during the day)
Requirements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise messaging.
- Experience with product marketing tools and technologies (expert in Excel, digital tool for social listening)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in Fashion, FMCG, Electric industry.
- Experience with market research, social listening tool
- Proven ability to generate creative and engaging content
- Having 2-3 years working in Marketing field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
